An in-person workshop to awaken your power and help you embrace the vitality, sexuality, and fundamental wildness built into your body. *This workshop is for women only. We need to heed the call of the wild - our animal self, our inner huntress, our inner jaguar. In this weekend workshop we will practice a real world understanding of the nervous system and embodied consent. In this time, you will... learn and feel how YOUR nervous system works so you can rewire the responses that are no longer working unshame your body and sexuality practice articulating your desires moment to moment reclaim pelvic power and agency We’re gonna dance, share, write, and ROAR. There will be surprises. This workshop will is a unique opportunity to work with embodying the ‘Activate Your Inner Jaguar’ material in person.
