All genders and levels of experience are welcome to the following community classes. Drop in classes are sliding scale $15-25 (cash or Venmo @Jaye-Marolla).

Monday 5-6:15pm

Tuesday & Thursday 9-10:15am

Mobilizing the body through vitality, resilience & surrendered meditative movement. All bodies are welcome, no experience necessary.

COMMUNITY QIGONG

Monday & Friday 9-10:15am

Gongfu-based martial training focused on internal power & fierce somatic intelligence. All bodies are welcome, no experience necessary.

Together we will move through landscapes of form into formlessness, martial applications, Qigong manifestations, sovereign explorations, deep somatic practice, partner inquiry and so much more
