All genders and levels of experience are welcome to the following community classes. Drop in classes are sliding scale $15-25 (cash or Venmo @Jaye-Marolla).
Tuesdays & Thursdays 9-10:15am (drop in)
Qigong forms and somatic exercises to gently awaken body intelligence and deep vitality. No experience is necessary and all levels and all genders are welcome.

Martial arts & fitness class for all genders. Sweat inducing rigorous fun. Kung Fu - based kicking & striking led through self-awareness and embodied power.

Scriptures of the Body: The Radiance of True Yang

The fullness of Yang is associated with the height of Summer, the heart and the element of fire in Daoism. The “scriptures of the body” are your unique movement inquiry towards accessing the blueprint of your lifetime.
Yin Warriorship is a continually evolving multi-sensory exploration of our inner and outer worlds through embodied practice, somatic introspection, martial arts, improvisational movement and partner exercises. Student description of YW.

A ~10 hour intensive that focuses one’s attention on connecting to their yin body through a series of meditative movements, partnered exercises that emphasize supportive witnessing, and group reflections.”
