A continuous life adapts to inherent change, the beauty and inevitability of aging, the phasic reality of a life that is completely our own and simultaneously under the direct confluence of mystery and unpredictability. A continuous life is full of curiosity for those ever changing sensations that bring us into direct contact with the truth of our own aliveness, our own fragility and our own death.
I train to touch the continuous flow that is life living through me, and to be in communion with others who thirst for that deep, sweet grit of fuuuuuck, this LIFE…it IS unspeakable beauty…and let’s experience a window of it together with our hearts on the floor of humility, eyes backlit with tears, and the pulsing aliveness of our bodies together in a room - witness to this moment.
“Learning qigong in community with Jaye has helped me become more embodied and present in my life and to the world around me. In my body, I feel present to my posture, gaze and repetitive movements in ways I wasn’t before. While energetically I am learning to interact with my qi, notice and hold my boundaries, as well as when and how to rest. Qigong as a practice has completely captured me. I feel the elements, stories of our ancestors and natural forces coursing through me as I move. The way Jaye shares her wisdom while also welcoming in our own body wisdoms has been deeply transformative for me. I feel I am a part of a living tradition. As a student of hers I feel curious and bright to receive what learnings and experience she has to share while also feeling equally encouraged to explore my own mythos, embodiment and form. With the Yindojo my embodiment is resilient, present and vulnerable. I couldn’t be more grateful to Jaye and the yindojo community for witnessing and joining me in that journey.”
— O.K.TESTIMONIALS
“Every time I return to the dojo, it feels like coming home to myself—back into my body, my breath, and a deeper sense of presence. It's a rare and special space to reconnect, reset, and awaken. Jaye cultivates an environment that feels safe, focused, and vibrantly present—a place where community comes together to move, explore, and remember what it means to feel alive and connected. I'm deeply grateful for this space and the people who gather here.”
— R.G.“I’ve had the fortune to experience many of Jaye’s offerings - her martial arts classes, the Yin Immersion series, Qigong, and her bodywork at the Yin Dojo, and I can vouch for the expertise and incredible care she takes in everything she does. Jaye is a valuable resource, especially in inner growth through somatic practice and the importance of the body as a gateway and resting place. Her bodywork helped me with a lot of pain I was having, and her Yin Immersion was just what I needed to reorganize mentally and emotionally from a big shift I was going through in my life. I highly recommend her and her offerings!”
